- 02 Form W-9 Required when a business pays you as a contractor. Certifies your TIN.
- 03 Form W-4 Tell your employer how much federal income tax to withhold from each paycheck.
- 04 Form 1040 The primary federal return for individual filers.
- 05 Form 1040 (Schedule 1) Reports income beyond wages — freelance, alimony, rental, and more.
